.Using high-grade NdFeB permanent magnet materials and special processing technology, the surface magnetic field strength can reach 12000-18000 Gauss, which is 3-5 times that of traditional ferrite magnets. The super-strong magnetic field can deeply absorb tiny iron filings, nails, iron beans and other impurities hidden in materials, even iron impurities wrapped inside materials can be accurately captured.
Neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets have the characteristics of "high coercivity and low demagnetization rate." Within the operating temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, their magnetic field strength can remain stable for a long time, with a service life of over 10 years. This eliminates the need for frequent magnet replacement, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
Purpose:
Traditional iron removal equipment often faces pain points such as "insufficient suction resulting in incomplete iron removal, low separation efficiency slowing down production, and frequent maintenance due to blockages." Especially when dealing with fine powder, high-viscosity or large-flow materials, the iron removal effect is even more difficult to guarantee. The S95 series permanent magnetic separator addresses these industry pain points with core objectives of "super-strong suction, precise separation, high efficiency and stability, and low maintenance." It adopts the latest rare-earth permanent magnetic materials and innovative separation structure, effectively removing ferromagnetic impurities with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 5mm from materials, achieving an iron removal efficiency of up to 99.8%. It can handle material flow rates from 10 to 1000 tons per hour, easily meeting the iron removal needs of different industries and working conditions, preventing the negative impact of iron impurities on production from the source.
Specification
The core components (permanent magnet, drum, motor, and seals) of the equipment are all made of high-quality materials and have undergone strict fatigue testing and life testing. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) can reach over 8,000 hours. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent "overload protection + temperature monitoring" system: when the material flow exceeds the equipment's load capacity, the overload protection device automatically shuts down and alarms; when the magnet temperature abnormally rises, the temperature sensor provides real-time feedback to prevent magnet demagnetization. The stable operational performance can meet the "24-hour continuous production" requirements of industrial enterprises, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
Drum-type separation structure: suitable for granular and bulk materials (such as ores, sand, and fertilizers). The permanent magnetic drum operates synchronously with the conveyor belt. When materials are conveyed to the drum surface, iron impurities are firmly adsorbed by the magnetic field on the drum surface. They automatically fall off when rotated to the non-magnetic area and drop into the iron collection box, while pure materials are normally conveyed along the conveyor belt.
The casing is welded and formed using cold-rolled steel plates, with high-temperature resistant sealing strips applied at the joints to prevent dust from entering and contaminating the magnets, while avoiding material leakage. The body surface is coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, which can withstand corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, and salt spray. The equipment can operate stably under harsh conditions, reducing the risk of failure.
Compared to electromagnetic separators, the S95 series permanent magnetic separators generate magnetic fields without external power supply. Only small motors are used in the automatic cleaning mechanisms (such as scrapers and conveyor belts) of some models. The energy consumption is only 1/10 to 1/5 of that of electromagnetic separators. Taking a device processing 100 tons of materials per hour as an example, the S95 series consumes only 5-10 kWh when operating 24 hours a day, while traditional electromagnetic separators require 50-100 kWh. Long-term use can save enterprises a significant amount of electricity costs. In addition, the equipment has a long maintenance cycle (every 6-12 months) and maintenance costs are only 1/3 of traditional equipment, further reducing enterprise operational burdens.The drum surface is coated with wear-resistant ceramic coating to reduce material friction loss and prevent iron impurities from sticking, ensuring no material blockage or jamming during the separation process.
