It adopts the latest rare-earth permanent magnetic materials and innovative separation structure, effectively removing ferromagnetic impurities with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 5mm from materials, achieving an iron removal efficiency of up to 99.8%. It can handle material flow rates from 10 to 1000 tons per hour, easily meeting the iron removal needs of different industries and working conditions, preventing the negative impact of iron impurities on production from the source.

       The core components (permanent magnet, drum, motor, and seals) of the equipment are all made of high-quality materials and have undergone strict fatigue testing and life testing. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) can reach over 8,000 hours. Drum-type separation structure: suitable for granular and bulk materials (such as ores, sand, and fertilizers). The permanent magnetic drum operates synchronously with the conveyor belt. When materials are conveyed to the drum surface, iron impurities are firmly adsorbed by the magnetic field on the drum surface. They automatically fall off when rotated to the non-magnetic area and drop into the iron collection box, while pure materials are normally conveyed along the conveyor belt. 
The casing is welded and formed using cold-rolled steel plates, with high-temperature resistant sealing strips applied at the joints to prevent dust from entering and contaminating the magnets, while avoiding material leakage. The body surface is coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, which can withstand corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, and salt spray. The equipment can operate stably under harsh conditions, reducing the risk of failure.
