             Sand machine is a kind of sand treatment equipment widely used in foundry industry. According to the characteristics of sand mixing technology, sand mixer can be divided into: roller type sand mixer with rolling and rubbing action; with mixing action The main blade type sand mixer; the countercurrent or rotor type sand mixer with rubbing and mixing functions and the balance wheel type sand mixer with rolling and mixing functions. Sand mixers can also be divided into batch and continuous sand mixers according to their working nature.

S11 Series Two grinding wheels type:

 The sand mixer equipped with two rolling wheels, two scraper.
    Rolling wheels have grinding and kneading action.
    It can make water, clay&other appendices evenly distribute in the sand surface.
    Scraper can make sand block loose, and blow no-blended sand to under the rolling wheels,then the Sand mixer continue to grind and knead the sand, until all the sand get uniformity.

Usage:
The Green Sand Mixer is mainly used for mixing molding sand in large, medium and small foundry workshop,besides molding sand,mixing self-hardening sand, surface sand and drying sand included,also used for mixing powdered and granular materials in glass, ceramics, fireproofing these industries.
