Purpose:

It is widely used in the mixing of self hardening sand for large cast iron, cast steel and other castings. The machine is a movableadjustable elevating sand mixer, which is easy to operate and has fullfunctions . It can be adjusted and selected according to diferentcharacteristics of resin sand technology. The machine is mainly composed of sand mixer,traveling mechanism, sand hopper, electriccontrolsystem,air control system, dust removal system, etc.

 

Product Features

The large arm of the sand mixer adopts the motorized rotation mode, and the small arm is automatic/ manual. A variety of liquid material adding functions are preset to meet the needs of different proportions ofsurface sand, back sand,new sana and recycled sand.

lt adopts split type sand mixing tank with stainless steelinner lining for easy cleaning and maintenance;sand mixing blade is inlaid withhard alloy cutter head for long service life.

The machine head is equipped with head and tail sand control device and odor and dust removal device.

Hydraulic or electric push rod is used for lifting,and the lifting range can be set according to the user's requirements.

The upper four-bar linkage is adopted to ensure that the boom lifting is always in the horizontal position,and the structure is compactand beautiful The start and stop of the mobile car are controlled by frequency conversion, which can realize fast and slow action; the safety systemis equipped with balance weight, track cleaning and audible and visual alarm devices.
