Purpose:

It is widely used in the mixing of self hardening sand for large cast iron, cast steel and other castings. The machine is a movableadjustable elevating sand mixer, which is easy to operate and has fullfunctions . It can be adjusted and selected according to diferentcharacteristics of resin sand technology. The machine is mainly composed of sand mixer,traveling mechanism, sand hopper, electriccontrolsystem,air control system, dust removal system, etc.

The large arm of the sand mixer adopts the motorized rotation mode, and the small arm is automatic/ manual. A variety of liquid material adding functions are preset to meet the needs of different proportions ofsurface sand, back sand,new sana and recycled sand.

 lt adopts split type sand mixing tank with stainless steelinner lining for easy cleaning and maintenance;sand mixing blade is inlaid withhard alloy cutter head for long service life.

The machine head is equipped with head and tail sand control device and odor and dust removal device.
 Hydraulic or electric push rod is used for lifting,and the lifting range can be set according to the user's requirements.

The upper four-bar linkage is adopted to ensure that the boom lifting is always in the horizontal position,and the structure is compactand beautiful.

The start and stop of the mobile car are controlled by frequency conversion, which can realize fast and slow action; the safety systemis equipped with balance weight, track cleaning and audible and visual alarm devices.

The double mixing arms adopt a composite motion trajectory combining spiral propulsion and planetary stirring. The main arm rotates at 30-40r/min to handle sand material transportation, while the secondary arm rotates at 60-80r/min to achieve local high-frequency mixing. Resin and hardener are precisely injected through dual-channel metering pumps, creating an "internal circulation vortex" in the mixing chamber, which controls the resin distribution deviation within ±2%. Testing shows that the moisture content and compactness fluctuation of the mixed sand material are less than 1%. Castings produced using this material can have surface roughness reduced to below Ra12.5, with porosity and sand eye defects reduced by over 25%. Moreover, the coordinated operation design of the double arms increases the hourly sand mixing capacity of a single machine to 5-8 tons, a 50% efficiency improvement over single-arm equipment. The machine can also achieve mixing parameter memory and recall through PLC system, meeting the requirements of different casting mold formulas while balancing efficiency and flexibility.

Advantages of medium-speed mixer

The sand wear-resistant grooved plate and stirring blades of the equipment are cast from high-chromium cast iron composite material, and the surface has undergone special hardening treatment, with hardness reaching above HRC60. The double stirring arms are arranged in a symmetrical staggered pattern. During operation, they replace the strong impact of traditional equipment through shearing and kneading actions, reducing the contact stress between sand material and components by more than 30%. In practical applications, the replacement cycle of grooved plates and blades has been extended to over 800 hours (compared to approximately 500 hours for traditional equipment), reducing downtime for replacement by 3-4 times per year and saving approximately 40% in spare parts costs.

Multimode Control System: Supports automatic/manual dual-mode switching. In automatic mode, the complete sand mixing process can be accomplished according to preset programs, suitable for large-scale batch production. Manual mode facilitates precise parameter adjustment or handling special process requirements, balancing production flexibility and process adaptability.
